What is the purpose of our curriculum?

• We foster pupils’ inquisitiveness and understanding of the wider world.  
• We create opportunities for pupils to communicate in French and to use their creativity in order to acquire new vocabulary.
• We ensure coverage of aspects of the National Curriculum for Modern Foreign Languages.  
• We believe that the learning of a foreign language provides a valuable, educational, social and cultural experience for pupils
